International Women's Day
#InternationalWomensDay has me thinking about my "why." Why pursue (the notoriously low-paying industry) of college athletics? Why college football? Why get a master’s degree? Why move across the country? Why NIL? The short answer is because sports are fun… The long answer is because I can’t imagine doing anything else. I get to work alongside individuals who inspire me (shoutout Carla Williams!). I get to be a part of something new (#NIL). It’s creative, policy-driven work and I get to witness
