Originally from Seattle, WA, Maddie Walsh is an NIL expert who has worked with a third party marketplace, built a collective, and worked inside a high profile athletic department as the lead NIL administrator.  Prior to beginning her career in NIL, she worked in football operations for the University of Southern California and University of Virginia. Today, after acquiring her M. Ed and years of hands on experience in athlete branding & education, NCAA compliance, and sports marketing, she is enrolled at UW Law School to pursue a J.D. in the hopes of accelerating her career as a high level front office executive. 

In addition to her studies, Maddie supports student-athletes, brands, and athletic departments looking for further guidance in the NIL space. Services range from reviewing athlete partnership contracts for NCAA compliance, to developing and implementing sports marketing strategies.
